Option 3: Book directly through our official website.
Option 4: Book via our trusted online platforms: Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, Mytour, Traveloka, Tiket, Airbnb.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TIME

  • Check-in: from 2:00 PM

  • Check-out: before 12:00 noon

  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability and may incur an additional fee.

Note: Services not included in the package will be charged according to Dugong Bay’s standard rates. All special requests are subject to availability and confirmation by Dugong Bay.

Customer complaints will be received and transferred to the relevant department within 24 hours and resolved as soon as possible.

POLICY FOR CHANGING ROOMS OR DATES

If you wish to change your check-in/check-out dates, or room type, please contact our reservation team for assistance.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Depending on the time of booking and room type, cancellation policies may vary. If not otherwise specified, the following general policy applies:

  • Cancellation at least 7 days before arrival: Full refund.

  • Cancellation within 7 days of arrival: 1-night charge.

  • Cancellation within 48 hours of arrival: Deposit will be charged.

  • No-show: Full charge applies.

REFUND POLICY

If you have paid the deposit or full amount but must cancel your trip due to objective reasons, Dugong Bay will review your request and process a refund according to the policy applicable to your booking.

  • Refund time: within 7–21 business days depending on your bank.

  • Refund method: bank transfer or credit card refund.

  • Refund fee: free of charge.

  • Dugong Bay reserves the right to modify or cancel policies at any time without prior notice.

  • We are not responsible for compensation or changes due to force majeure events (natural disasters, wars, etc.).
